SKILL "Chaotic Snow Moon Flowers:"

Attack all enemies growth rate 300%, 65% chance to  cause enemy to enter imprisonment state (not dispellable) for 2 turns, increase whole ally team's damage rate and aid rate by 15% for 2 turns, decrease enemy vanguard's defense by 30% for 2 rounds, cause ally support's to be immune to death seed for 2 turns, recover 50 fury for himself and 30 for allies.
