I just payed $5 last night to top up and keep my rank on the server (Which I have been topping up A LOT and putting good money into this game) bugt when I went to use my "S Talisman" instead of consuming it the Talisman it consumed 100 gold AND the talisman.. which really set me behind. Now I'm 100g short, which was going to be used on Vitality and other needs....

Whenever I want to join the game it says Faild to Connect.(-1)
I updated my Flash Player , changed from Firefox to Chrome to Explorer and I even downloaded Opera to see if it works.I cleared my Cache,deleted history etc. Nothing works Need Help :S

Contact with them through the Email send them your problem they will answer and try to help you.
I did the same they said try to use VPN or Proxy server but it didn't work.

I just toped up at $25 and it isn't showing on the game. my bank account shows the report and everything has gone through and finalized but still nothing. I either need my money back our put it onto my character.

JoyFun im very disapointed about last event with Yagura.I have spend around 20k gold too get this character 2hours before the end i was 22 rank i top up more so i can be in top 20 have you any idea what suprised i was when 1hour before the end event disapear!!!!My question is will you give back my gold(for sure not) then maybe you can make any compensation for that im not the only one my idea is could you give Yagura not only the first 20 but first 30 rank ppl?I hope you will not turn back on us.
